The importance of relationships to our well-being: This week 16th – 22nd May is Mental Health Awareness week. The theme this year is ‘Relationships’, with the team at advocating that we urgently need a greater focus on the quality of our relationships.

I’m so behind them on this – understanding just how fundamental relationships are to our health and well-being is absolutely key to improving our mental health. We cannot flourish as individuals and communities without them!
