Umbrella Therapies

Teenagers who come to see us usually need help because there is something troubling them in their lives and they cannot find a way to sort things out on their own.

If you are stuck with difficult feelings or feelings that keep coming back, maybe it’s time to ask for help.

Things that you might be struggling with:

  • Bullying at school or difficulties with friendships or relationships
  • Someone in your family is ill or has died
  • Worries about your exams
  • Feelings of panic, anxiety, anger, depression or low mood
  • Feeling unsafe at home
  • Not getting on with your parents or siblings
  • Parents separating or divorcing

If your particular problem is not listed here or seems embarrassing, strange or silly to you it’s still ok to make contact with us.

Counselling and creative therapies can help you by providing a space to explore and make sense of the stuff that is making life difficult – at a time and a space every week just for you. It could take time for you to build your trust in us, but we know this and will go at your pace.

Each of us at Umbrella has a different way of working. Click here to find out more about us.

What you tell us is private
