Umbrella Therapies

Alida Roberts –  Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Supervisor Ages 13 upwards

I believAlidae it is important to give young people the space to talk freely and openly while supporting them through their issues and life events.

A young person may be experiencing:

– Depression – Anxiety – Abuse – Trauma – Breavement – Family issues – Parents/Guardians separating – Issues around sexuality – Bullying – Friendship issues – Peer pressure – School or college or work issues –

Therapy can be an opportunity to talk about these or any other issues that may be concerning them.
